Weather-Ready Nation Ambassador

The National Weather Service has accepted the WRLARC into the Weather-Ready Nation Ambassador program. This initiative recognizes organizations that are improving the nation’s readiness against extreme weather, water, and climate events. As a Weather-Ready Nation Ambassador, our organization is committing to work with NOAA and other Ambassadors to strengthen national resilience against extreme weather.

As a WRN Ambassador, we will receive a quarterly update from the National Weather Service on seasonal weather topics of interest. This email will be shared with all club members. In addition, some of the information may be of benefit to our respective neighborhood associations, and published on this website.
